Tadhg Mac Dhonnagáin is a writer of fiction, non-fiction, screenplays and songs for both adults and children. His novel, Madame Lazare (2021) was the Ireland nomination for the European Union Prize for Literature 2022, where it was awarded a Special Mention. Other awards include an Irish Book Award for Madame Lazare, Gradam Uí Shúilleabháin (Irish-language Book of the Year), for his creative non-fiction biography of the poet Raiftearaí, Mise Raiftearaí an Fíodóir Focal.

Tadhg Mac Dhonnagáin est un auteur de fiction, non-fiction, de scénarios et de chansons pour adultes et enfants. Son roman Madame Lazare (2021) a été sélectionné pour représenter l’Irlande pour le Prix littéraire de l’Union européenne en 2022 et a remporté une Mention spéciale à cette occasion. Il a également reçu un Irish Book Award pour Madame Lazare et Gradam Uí Shúilleabháin (livre de l’année en gaélique), ainsi que pour sa biographie du poète Raiftearaí, Mise Raiftearaí an Fíodóir Focal.
