David Toms

Originally from Waterford, David Toms currently lives in Norway. His poetry has been published widely in Ireland, the UK and elsewhere. The author of two collections and several pamphlets, his most recent book Pacemaker is a hybrid essay-memoir about living with a congenital heart defect. He is previously a recipient of Arts Council of Ireland Literary Bursary and Agility Awards.

Il est l’auteur de deux recueils et de plusieurs pamphlets, et d’un ouvrage récent intitulé Pacemaker qui se situe entre l’essai et l’autobiographie et qui porte sur sa maladie cardiaque congénitale. Il a notamment bénéficié de la Bourse littéraire irlandaise du ministère (Arts Council) et la bourse Agility Awards.
